“Las Fuerzas Armadas, desde aquí, reiteran su firme convicción de que los militares nunca pueden ser un instrumento de represión para sus conciudadanos, porque de acuerdo a la Constitución que juraron defender.”
“La gente está mostrando su descontento con respecto a las medidas que se están implementando, que se pueden ver en las declaraciones de diferentes personalidades múltiples sectores políticos y sociales, de modo que, por este medio, queremos extender nuestro más cordial solidaridad con todos Portugués que sufren el peso de los terribles sacrificios que se están imponiendo, como lo hicimos en 2011.
Hay que tener en cuenta, en primer lugar, que las personas que están siendo sometidos a medidas injustas y dolorosas, decidiéndose por aquellos que, constitucionalmente, debe garantizar el bien común, con la excusa de que es la única manera de remediar situaciones
penalizados en cuanto a que no tienen ninguna responsabilidad, y que los ha llevado a ser los primeros beneficiarios. ”
“Ser ciudadano no es exclusivamente pertenecen a la sociedad portuguesa, pero también debe contar con la participación de los mismos, por algún mecanismo, en su propia transformación. Tanto, expresamos nuestra solidaridad con todas las iniciativas que, en el ejercicio del derecho de todos los ciudadanos, sirven poner fin a las prácticas abusivas de algunos que tienen los mismos objetivos bajo el disfraz de noble, cuando en realidad lo que están haciendo es:

En esta situación, en la que se puede reconocer que las tensiones sociales son muy graves y están causando protestas y manifestaciones en que los ciudadanos expresan la forma en que la Constitución establece, su indignación, las Fuerzas Armadas de la Asociación de Oficiales reitera su firme compromiso con los militares, reconocido constitucionalmente como un organismo autónomo, nunca aceptará el uso de la represión contra los ciudadanos que juraron defender, de la misma manera como fue expresada por Su Excelencia el Jefe del Estado Mayor de las Fuerzas Armadas “.
